Very disappointed in the service department. I had purchased my Cherokee new from Turpin have had minimal problems with it, had it serviced in the past for recalls and oil changes at Turpin. Last month I had an oil leak and needed a new oil cooler choose to have it serviced at Turpin. Today March 20 about a month later my engine light came on when I turned off my vehicle you could hear air leaking. I worked with Bryce Deckert in sales and Kevin Lynch the sales Manager Bryce did a excellent job with an upfront and no pressure approach he made sure the new Ram was what i wanted and worked hard to put a good deal together with Kevin the sales manager!
