I recently bought a van from there. Everything was great until my plates didn't come. I called two weeks ago and they said there person was at lunch and they'd leave a note and give us a call back, that call back never happened. My wife called back a week later and got exactly the same treatment. She then called back today and finally talked to the right person and told us they filled out the paperwork wrong so we will have to wait. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership’s sales tactics. EMMA contacted me via text after I registered from pre-approval through Capital One, but when I asked to simply view their inventory online before making a 2 hour trip, they refused and kept pushing me to come in person. Very disappointed in the service department. I had purchased my Cherokee new from Turpin have had minimal problems with it, had it serviced in the past for recalls and oil changes at Turpin. Last month I had an oil leak and needed a new oil cooler choose to have it serviced at Turpin. Today March 20 about a month later my engine light came on when I turned off my vehicle you could hear air leaking. There was a rubber hose near the oil cooler that was damaged during the service and they choose to fix it with tape. I called an... read more
