I was offered a great price for my MacBook Pro online, and received emails throughout the whole process. There was one delay during processing and when I inquired about it I had a response from the company within 5 minutes. That's awesome service! I'd recommend on that alone, but I also received the price offered online. On every service I checked out regarding TurnTronics, they had a 4.5 or higher rating. Yelp, BBB, Facebook, Google... seems it was hard earned.

They are very honest and legit! They gave the best price on our Mac than the company that Apple recommends. they exceeded our expectations. They wil get all pur future business.

It was a very simple transaction. Chris is a very reasonable person. He met my demands as requested. With these places, one is always skeptical that once they receive the product they will make some excuse upon receiving the product and lower the offer. This wasn't the case at all. My computer was not in the best shape and they could have easily made excuses to lower my offer, but they didn't. I look forward to doing business with them again. Will definitely go to them directly with any apple products.
