Thanks for offering a high quality belt for my esoteric British turntable, at half the price of a competitor, with prompt shipping! Cleaning instructions (belt pathway; avoid cleaning the belt) were even included. But Corvallis is a great town, with biking trails, the farmers' market, a vibrant beer/food scene, and friendly people, so no surprise. Go Beavers (Oregon State U)!

They answered my question and gave me the correct needle to buy within 24 hours. Then, they proactively informed me of a weather-caused shipping delay and that it was shipping that day. Two other companies didn't answer my question at all. This is my store from now on.
