They answered my question and gave me the correct needle to buy within 24 hours. Then, they proactively informed me of a weather-caused shipping delay and that it was shipping that day. Two other companies didn't answer my question at all. This is my store from now on.

Absolute worst company I have ever delt with online! I bought a needle from them and called with simple questions, the guy I talked to was a total rude guy with no time for my questions!!! he was just too busy for me! I will never deal with these people again, and you should'nt either because they don't have time for you and they don't care about your issues!! Find somewhere else!!!
Best customer service you'll find anywhere. Crazy fast shipping, helpful knowledgeable staff, everything you could want. Will definitely work with again! Steve was awesome;)
