Lived here for going on three years now and if the building were a condo, I’d buy in a heartbeat. Bonuses: super thick concrete walls = you can never hear your neighbors. Microstudios + lots of communal areas = people actually spending time in the communal areas hanging out with one another, giving it a sense of community.
