I bought my cub cadet mower at Turnpike Power Equipment and they were excellent to help me with my purchase. After I needed to do service on my mower, I called and they had my parts at the counter when I walked in. I broke a caster on my mower,they had a used 1 and saved me time and money. I would recommend Turnpike to anyone looking to buy any landscape equipment.

Very negative experience. I purchased a $1300 Cub Cadet snow blower in 2013. Since then, I experienced a few mechanical issues. When calling Turnpike Power for assistance, they were rude and dismissive. I ended up calling Cub Cadet, who acknowledged there was a manufacturing defect and shipped replacement parts for free. When calling on a separate occasion for a maintenance request, I was told to simply go away because they were too busy. If you value customer service, I do not recommend this company.

Sarcastic people when you call on the phone about your service. Won't give an expectation of when your product will be done. You are at their mercy and not treated well as a customer. Expectations are low leaving you to search in the future for a better service.

my wife stopped by looking for an oil filter and fuel filter for a cub cadet/yanmar tractor. i called ahead and was told they were in stock. the owner/counterman was rude to her, talked down to her, and was generally snotty. Of course, they did not have a fuel filter either. She asked if he knew a napa/wix filter number as an alternative, and he laughed and said to go ask napa yourself. What a joke this place is. Keep selling your off-brand power equipment. i am sure your one customer a day will keep you going.....
