Great service and communication
I was unable to drive my car due to the steering column being locked up. The guys at Miracle Chevrolet kept me updated until they diagnosed and fixed the issue.
I went in for an oil change and I was asked if I wanted to get my vehicle inspected since my vehicle was due next month. So, It saved me an extra trip . Thanks.
Everyone is great at Miracle. The warranty work was done several days sooner than expected.
Absolute worse service center I've dealt with. The service manager (Brandon) is insanely unprofessional and will not return your call. Refuses to do work under warranty and when asked to explain why or get an answer will refuse and say "that is how it works here".
