Brian was great to deal with and made the buying process easy. Bought the truck back in may and couldn’t be happier. The reason for the one star is because I was told they would do the timing belt and water pump, but the other day while detailing my truck I find the invoice and the water pump is not on it. So I look under the hood where you can see part of the water pump and it’s old and no witness marks on the bolts. Consumer beware, I bought four brand new vehicles in the last four years. MiracleChevrolet Morgantown. PA was definitely the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership started out great with Phil. Hell of a nice guy. showing and test driving the vehicle. Then you will talk to Rod The manager makes you feel comfortable with your purchase. Miracle Chevrolet had the vehicle we were looking for and we still have it and are enjoying it. The salesman was nice and personable. However the financing part we went through was very stressful to say the least.. very pushy not professional at all . We dont usually buy extended warranties and there was too much pressure to do so. We said no... numerous times and sat there 45 minutes back forth. Not a good experience at all. Were a older couple and never had that kind if experience ever with financing a vehicle.
