I arrived at a 930am appointment (booked through a link on Thursday with all of my contact information) for my 11 y/o son (wash retwist barrel twist) and was told upon arrival our appointment was cancelled and no way of reaching out ahead of time to let my son and I know. We have a few events between the weekend and week, hence booking the appointment.
