Wow. I have not encountered anything so disappointing. I booked via AirBnB. Three weeks out, with COVID spiking and traveling with elderly parents and days after the city declared a state of emergency; I asked to move my reservation out a few months to an open week. First response was that the policy is to allow only reservations to move out into the same month if I am within 30 days of travel. (Ok, I think...so much for kindness to bend the rules). I am one of hundreds that have been taken advantage of during travel prohibitions due to the pandemic (and later the fires in the West), when Turnkey revised its terms and conditions to prevent refunds, and offer sham credits that are difficult if not impossible to use.
