Enjoyed watching dolphins and our stay
Upon arrival We checked in to an absolutely filthy property. The team said that they would have someone out to the property within two hours to clean and no one ever showed up. We found hairs all over the pillows in the bunkbeds. After 48 hours of our stay both my wife and I started to get sick and has a further look through the property I found mold and mildew all over the ceiling upstairs I have attached photos
I lost a valuable item at the Turnkey property I was staying at in Kiawah Island. The local Charleston office never got back to me.
The condo I rented from TurnKey was littered in rodent feces. TurnKey made many promises to come back and clean but never followed through. They only left me traps. TurnKey Customer Service is really, really bad.
Stayed at a rental on John’s Island, SC, they notified our group 8 minutes before check in that our house was uninhabitable due to the previous guest. They didn’t offer any other place to stay or to help find lodging but offered $400 for 9 people to find hotel rooms. There were no open hotel rooms within 50 miles so we had to stay at the house.
