Great experience with Turnkey title. Professional team and the process was as smooth as could be. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service
If I could give them an even lower rating I would. They are incompetent and refused to wire funds. They said they sent documents that were not sent. We were the sellers and they overnighted checks to our banks which, of course, did not clear for a few days. Rinky-dink company. Stay away.
