DO NOT use this agency! Sam Lee spent weeks processing our application, scheduling property tours and told our family that we were approved for a home only to turn around the DAY BEFORE we were supposed to sign the lease and say the owner had changed their mind. Multiple times attempting to contact via email (no response). Called the number and it was disconnected. It seems to be a hoax to me.
