We moved from Oregon to Utah and signed a contract with this company. They promised to have the yard taken care of as well as the house move-in ready. When we got to the house, there was garbage and debris everywhere, and the house was disgusting, looking like it was never even cleaned. There are still things in there from previous tenants. They are an awesome company that really helped us out getting into a good place, in a good area. They are kind and friendly people who's number one priority is helping you out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company to rent from or handle your property management needs.
