I recently moved into a Turnkey managed property and had two important maintenance issues. Laurie and Amy responded immediately (one was even off-hours over a weekend) and the issues were quickly addressed. So appreciative!
They are great people! And very understanding management company!
They are rude, take your money but never fix a thing! Hallways and laundry room are filthy, place ls full of bed bugs, cockroaches and mice! There's black mold. Worst property ever! Money hungry, SLUM LORDS! WORST EVER!!!! NIGHTMARE. Allows people to smoke weed and do drug deals in the hallways!!!! Never rent from these losers. The losers giving good reviews are their friends. I just love my apartment!!! Thank you turnkey rentals..it's perfect. nice and clean .hallways are beautiful smelling so good . Rent is not Sky high like the rest of them greedy Haverhill landlords..thank you😁
