Terrible. You're being forced to opt into an unnecessary "resident benefits Package" which is nothing more than a greedy cash grab from the company. Extremely shameful to utilize such unethical business practices. There's no transparency at all which is a huge red flag! Stay away! I'm glad that I'm not going to be a customer at a company that has zero interest in it's tenants!
Such a great team to work with, I have complete trust in their work as they always try to ensure both parties are taken care of, it has made my out of state RE investing experience easy. I will continue to purchase more properties from them in the future as their “end to end” approach & established trust has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who has a long term RE strategy in mind!
