Turnkey energy used my business to haul the trash from one of their jobs in bakersfield. Their accounts payable department stated that they have no money to pay me for my services. Absolutely avoid them at all costs
Positive professional and gets the job done
We reached out to Turnkey due to our inverter being broken, and our solar installer being out of business. While trying to find someone to help us out, we quickly realized that many solar companies are not honest and not for the customer. Turnkey is the opposite of those companies and has been so amazing. Update 2: I wanted to update this review and my rating. I've had 2 minor parts of my system fail. The first occasion turnkey noticed it before I did and immediately sprung into action to get it resolved. The second occasion I noticed it first, but all it took was 1 email and everything else was handled. Not only that, their technician who came out most recently didn't just replace the broken part, he checked over the entire system.
