Was the GC on our house and had multiple issues with Bob Houseman and Turnkey construction. 1- Bob argued with all other subcontrcators on the site, creating major setbacks and changes in plans 2- Major issues with our roof. The nails were haphazardly installed and shingles not placed correctly. Shingles blowing off after 5 years. 3- Continously argued with us about how things were going during construction. To put it bluntly, Biob is a real jerk and his subcontracros are worthless. Stay far away from Turnkey!!
