Made a reservation for someone to come out and give me an estimate. I received a text that they had been double booked and would use the Zillow listing on my new house to formulate an estimate. I then received a text indicating they were coming, waited an hour, and no one showed up. I texted multiple times but never received an answer. I called and texted again the next day and did not get any sort of response. Rude.
