Went to Turning Point Wellness Center after an orthopedic surgeon suggested I "...take Tylenol before a long car ride until you have surgery for your back." After being treated by Dr. Don, I have not had back pain (or neck pain) since I began at TPWC three and a half years ago. Just maintaining now, no surgery necessary! :-)
