I came in for lower back pain and sciatica. During my first session, Mae expertly worked out the knots and stiffness in my back with massage and cupping, which really helped relieve the pain. Am really glad I tried Turning Point Wellness. Will definitely return for more massages.
All three therapists are exceptional practitioners. As a dental hygienist I suffer lots of stiff muscles and very tight spots. The relief I feel after visiting Turning Point Wellness is unparalleled.
Turning Point Wellness has been a lifesaver! Everyone there is excellent. I mainly see Dee and she is superb. She is extremely knowledgeable and has not only fixed a horrible back problem I suffered with for 6 months (before finding her) but has also shown me great stretches/exercises etc to keep my back/neck/shoulders healthy and feeling their best.
