It's been 19 years since I was at Turning Point and since it was one of many times I tried getting sober I had no hopes of it working but it did! I don't know how I was lucky enough to get in but it saved my life. What a difference between TP and Gaudenzia house,former Crossroads in Erie Pa! They run that place like a prison. HORRIBLE ATMOSPHERE. So unprofessional & dirty.
NO COVID precautions what so ever, they don’t care about there clients or employees. Please don’t leave your loved ones in the poor care of this place. Management here is a joke with the nursing director being the biggest clown of them all. I’d consider anywhere except this facility.
Piss poor management
STAY AWAY! This place is like a german natzi war camp. Stayed 1 day when I called to get a ride home a hour and a half ride away they got my bags and put me on the street. Threatening to call the police if I didn’t leave the property. Luckily as one nice guy picked me up walking and took me to a place where I could wait safely for my ride which took awhile.
