Shelley made buying my family buying our first home possible! She was so patient with us and totally on the ball with everything. This house we have went on the market one morning, Shelley got us in for a showing that day, then we were able to get our offer accepted that same night because of her! Nina is intelligent, compassionate, professional, and very competent. My son was selling his property. Nina was his agent. He fell seriously ill and has passed away. The sale was concluded. Shelley has been an absolutely integral part of our home ownership journey. Shelley helped us secure our first home back in 2019 and then in 2025 we turned to her when a new job was sending us to a new state. We trusted her expertise in the entire process.
