It has taken me some time to write this review. I’m not someone who usually criticizes a professional or their industry publicly—but in this case, I feel it’s necessary. Enough time has passed, enough hurt has been experienced and enough time has transpired. Two years ago, Dr. Eichler was ordered into our families case at the request of the other party. I truly hoped she would be fair, unbiased, and honest, and that her involvement would help reduce the high-conflict dynamic. I even was relieved, thinking, how can therapy ev... read more

Ms. Eichler presents herself as a specialist in resolving Parental Alienation issues, but my personal experience tells a very different story. My concerns were consistently dismissed, and rather than facilitating solutions, she contributed to a narrative that did not reflect the actual dynamics. She offered nothing of any value and now our family is worse off. I seriously do not know how she stays in practice with her behavior or jus... read more

Such a caring, trauma-informed therapist! She worked with my children in a way that made them feel heard.

Dr. Eichler has worked with our grandchild over the past few years and has done an amazing job. We see the progress that she has patiently and consistently made. The work that she does is difficult and painstaking and a lot of people would not have the gift set needed to continue making a difference like that in a child's life, or possibly understand those who do. She obviously puts the child's needs first and we have been so thankful.
