I was here when I was younger, I looked at one of the staff and rolled my eyes, because the told me to stay in line, and she grabbed me in the back of the head slammed me against the wall, and threw me to the ground, my chin hit the ground first. My jaw was swollen for months, I’m pretty sure it was broken, I couldn’t eat, talk, nothing. No treatment was done, no nurse or doctor even looked at it, my face was purple and black. My son spent more than 100 days at this facility, he was released under protest, he was worse coming out than going in, the staff are uncooperative, unperfessional and rude, I would not take a troubled animal to this facility, I understand that parents are desperate to find help for their children, if at all possible I would certainly try to hold out for a different facility, the facility uses all kinds of reasons why your child isn't responding to treatment, after 80 days they changed the treatment plan, the director couldn... read more
