The receptionist is slow and not attentive at all. Terrible attitude to blame on guest. Never see any service like this. Eye opening terrible experience.
I didn’t end up dining here because the service at the entrance was so disappointing. When I walked in, the server didn’t welcome me, acknowledge me, or even glance my way. She continued seating other people while I stood there waiting, to the point where I had to speak up just to be noticed. That kind of treatment immediately set the wrong tone, and I decided to leave rather than stay for brunch. First impressions matter, and being ignored is not the way to start a customer’s experience. That used to be my favourite spot, however today experience changed everything. The main issue was a cockroach talking a walk on the wall just next to our table. We were offered another sitting (that was earlier refused upon our arrival), manager came to apologise and that’s it. I’m writing this review with genuine disappointment, because this used to be one of my favorite spots for breakfast with family and friends. We’ve been coming here for years, always enjoying the good food, the cozy atmosphere, and the friendly service. It’s the kind of place we’d recommend to others without hesitation.
