Excellent service! I texted on Sunday AM received a text back almost immediately setting up an appointment for first thing the next AM. Received text updates on the appointment and whereabouts of the tech coming. Did not feel that I was taken advantage of and the cost to repair was reasonable! Will definitely use them again!
Travis does a great job diagnosing the issue, is personable, honest, and knowledgeable. When considering someone to do your HVAC work, dont waste your time or money with anyone other than Turning Point, a great local company.
