I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this occupational therapy clinic. I had to cancel an appointment due to an unexpected flat tire and was still charged a $140 no-show fee. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover these charges, which means families are left paying entirely out of pocket. Therapies like occupational therapy are already expensive and are often needed for vulnerable children and families under significant stress. We had the pleasure of working with Sarah, She helped our family navigate through Misophonia. We saw a great amount of progress since working with her. If any of you know what Misophonia is, you’ll know it’s difficult for the one going through it but also for the family as well. Thank you Sarah for your help, support and guidance. To add to this review I do not have transaction issues your place is the issue. Read the email I sent This place is garbage. They don't care about the kids at all. I have been waiting for my son to receive services for over a year now and OT service for about the same time. I have called many times and all they do is tell me I'm on the list yet other kids are getting services
