To add to this review I do not have transaction issues your place is the issue. Read the email I sent This place is garbage. They don't care about the kids at all. I have been waiting for my son to receive services for over a year now and OT service for about the same time. I have called many times and all they do is tell me I'm on the list yet other kids are getting services
