I had an absolutely awful experience with turning leaf. After reporting a leak in my home and receiving assurances that it would be fixed promptly, I was left waiting for years without any resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups and promises, they never showed up to address the issue. This level of negligence and disregard for their customers is unacceptable. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Turning Leaf Construction regarding the construction of our house at Hampton Ave in Orlando. The primary concern we wish to bring to their attention is the immediate occurrence of a leak(primary bathroom) in our newly constructed house.
