This place is great if you want to become more depressed. The doctor is straight rude to your face. My dad just lost his wife and mother and house and pets and came in for treatment and they told him he was dirty and smelled bad. The meds they prescribed had no effect. Then the therapist asks “what does your depression feel like?” Places like this are supposed to be supportive and positive and these people are so negative. Big waste of money and time! Definitely feel worse after visiting this place.
My son turned in his packet a month ago never received a call back! I thought point of offering mental health service was to actually help keep people safe. What a disappointment
Dr. Seifert is a joke. I begged to have my medications staffed about for months, finally after manic episode I get an appointment with her, she talks down to me like I am beneath her mocking my religion and my socio-economic status. I asked to be assigned to another physician and in the mean time did everything Dr. Seifert wanted aside from take one medication and continue seeing her specifically. I never missed an appointment and did everything asked me, even did a lot of research into my own issues to find my own solutions... read more
Amazing staff who actually see you, hear you; and try to help you be the best version of yourself you can be. Love them all.
I think Dr. Seifert may have gotten her PhD from a cereal box. Because of her I can no longer get medication that I need to function. If you want a psychologist that actually listens to you, look somewhere else.
