Surprisingly awful experience. My stylist yanked my hair to a point it hurt and barely said a word to me the whole appointment. She seemed angry and snapped at her apprentice who looked terrified. It was clear she was hoping to leave and was not happy my appointment popped up ( I was her last). My service was painful, and flat out weird. I spent over $400 and will never go back.
Sebrena is a pleasure and an excellent nail artist.
I book my appointments with London. She is a colorist extraordinaire! She listens to the hair goals I have for the visit then goes off to mix up the perfect color. I highly recommend her.
The hair stylist was not a good fit for me. I gave it 3 tries hoping for a better outcome each time. I was very disappointed by the inferior and unprofessional hair services that does not represent the type of service that one would expect with the Kenneth's name and for the cost of services!
