Ive lost weight and kept it off. Tammy is an amazing provider and has a huge variety of options to help you lose weight. You can tell she genuinely cares about you and your health
Tammy and her staff are exceptional. I am literally a shadow of my former self, but that is not the piece of this that has led me to post my review. As a result of my weight loss and increased health, it has given me the confidence I needed to finally pursue dreams that I have put off for far too long. I am about to finish college, I changed my entire career path and am not teaching music, and I can honestly say I am truly happy for the first time in many years.

Highly recommend Turney Weight Loss & Med Spa in Prescott for a healthy diet. The personal, friendly staff and service was appreciated. The office is comfortable and welcoming. I have more energy and my clothes fit nice from the weight loss and more important fat loss. They were never pushy and never made me feel guilty.
I have struggled with my weight most of my life, tried so many different diets, only to put more weight back on. With Dr Turney's tools, knowledge and encouragement I have gone from a size 14 to size 6 in a year. Tammy and the staff are so kind and gentle with big hearts. When I walk in they are welcoming with big smiles. So nice to have such a greeting! "Thank you so much for all you have done for me!"

The front counter lady on Thursdays is extremely rude. She will not listen before speaking over clients. They aren’t open when theyre advertised open; and make it very difficult to get things done on a schedule. I do recommend their pricing for injectables and that’s it. Hope they figure this out since they seem to be a great possible asset to Prescott!
I highly recommend Turney Med Spa! Tammy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their patients. My health and lifestyle has greatly improved with their help!
