If I could give a negative star I would. They replaced a part on my truck that lasted a year and a couple days. It failed again and thought I had a warranty on it since it failed again but they wanted to charge me 2500.00 for something that took this mobile mechanic 1 hr to do for 280.00. Does anyone see anything wrong with this? I even reached out to ram customer service and they were no help. Came for an oil change and multipoint, I come back to get the car, service rep doesn't go over anything with me or tell me where my car is. I had to go find the service rep and ask him what was wrong with my suspension as they had marked a box on the sheet. Apparently my ball joint was torn. Service rep couldn't be bothered. Wild. I would have gotten it fixed there too.
I made the appointment for 2 recalls and after 1 hour I was told the 1 was done but the other would take a few days. When I got into my Jeep, I realized the parking brake was "engaged" but it was loose and not working. I pulled up to tell them how they popped my brake. The mechanic started to say he told the one woman that it wasnt working but back pedal and said he was telling her of a different issuse, another mechanic said that he knows of other people who drive without one. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I brought my 2026 Dodge Ram 1500 with less than 8,000 miles to the Ram dealership in Turnersville because the check engine light came on. The service department kept my vehicle for approximately EIGHT HOURS, only to tell me that there were no issues with the vehicle.
