This dealership is the worst I’ve ever worked with. And I’ve bought 9 jeeps and rams from dealerships. The salesmen don’t respond to you after sale. They let your tags expire. Service waits all day to start working on your vehicle. No sense of customer service or urgency from this dealership. I sold cars myself at one point and this terrible service would never have flown at my dealership. Will never buy here again.
Couldn't put the handicap Braun Ability Chrysler on any of their lifts to provide an oil change & tire rotation on this vehicle. Sent me elsewhere out if town!!!! I was told the vehicle can go onto any lift, that the employees over here don't know what they are doing.
They say learn by your mistakes, or, give someone another chance. Go with the first one.....save yourself the angst, don't use this dealership. Once you are out the door, you are nobody to them. They don't care about service, they barely pick up the phone. They have kept the most ignorant support staff, and their leasing company is HORRIBLE. Just for laughs and giggles, try getting their sales manager on the phone.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE! Pat at service rudely hung up on me when I was calling asking for a price estimate on service. When I finally did have service done there, they did a terrible job and I had to go to another dealership to have it re-done correctly. When I spoke to the service manager about my experience, he said he didn't care.
