best dentist in macon!!! Had to have one tooth pulled. He made sure that I felt comfortable and didn't feel any pain.
This is the most horrible dentist I’ve ever experienced!! He performed work that I didn’t approve, require or request! The work performed caused me to have to go to the ER. When I tried to discuss the situation with Dr. Turner. He got furious and didn’t schedule me for the follow up to even finish the procedure. He tried to manipulate my insurance company with invalid dates to get them to pay out more. And Heather the receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful (seemingly racist)!!! I just want to say that I HATE the dentist! And it took me over 20 years to go back. I went to another dentist office last year and they didn't make me want to keep coming back. HOWEVER, after finding Dr. Turner and his staff, they have renewed my faith in dentistry again. I am a trainer and facilitate a Customer Service course about World Class Customer Experiences. I am very happy with Dr. Turner and highly recommended him to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist. I don’t mind going to the dentist anymore. He does excellent work, gets you in and out and has to have the friendliest office staff in town. He’s a keeper!
