We were so glad to have found Turner Roofing. This is a multi-talented company from repairing the roof over our outdoor porch and replacing a chimney cap on our chimney to replacing quite a bit of wood around the outside of our home. Their crew and managerial team are so professional and nice. It was always a plus when we were advised on days of scheduled work if they couldn’t make it out to our home. The lady answering the phone was not even knowledgeable enough to give a ballpark price point of a replacement. she kept on going into all this different technical jargon when I simply just want a ballpark price point. definitely sounds like bait and switch already

Gave a 30% deposit on a 100K+ job. Had no communication for 9 months while leaving numerous messages and texts. Finally show up, the crew left nails, debris and cigarette butts all over the property even after I repeatedly asked them to clean up every evening. On the last day I was handed an invoice almost 1/3 higher that original quote for entire job; Mr. Turner demanded full payment on the spot which I gave him.
