I am have not lived in my community very long. Compared to the last condo I lived in Turner does a much better job.
Spoke with this woman named Elizabeth, she was very rude for no reason.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is who our HOA is through and I’ve never experienced worst customer service. Although even the use of the term “customer service” is very generous considering they don’t answer their phone or respond to communication
Turner is the property manager for our HOA. They double booked our clubhouse last weekend and despite my confirmed reservation and $150 payment, I had two hours notice to figure out somewhere else to host a baby shower for 30 people. All they could say was they made a mistake.
I have been trying to talk to a person the same day I've called since June 12, 2025, with no luck and I've called at different times of day each time. No business is that busy. Terrible!
