Turner is the property manager for our HOA. They double booked our clubhouse last weekend and despite my confirmed reservation and $150 payment, I had two hours notice to figure out somewhere else to host a baby shower for 30 people. All they could say was they made a mistake.
I have been trying to talk to a person the same day I've called since June 12, 2025, with no luck and I've called at different times of day each time. No business is that busy. Terrible!
If I could give 0 stars I would. All they do is collect your money and not do ANYTHING that they are supposed to do. Communication is absolutely terrible. It must be really nice to get paid to work somewhere and not have to actually do your job.
If I can give no stars I would. Place is a headache to work with.
