Correct analysis of the issue ... quick fix and done! Turner is the best plumber in town.
What should have been a straight-forward repair that took <1 hr to do (based or same repair performed before) ended up taking 8 1/2 billable hours. I had OEM replacement parts ready to simply be installed, but one part ended up being determined defective as soon as first installed (leaking). Long story short: multiple hours spent trying to fix defective part rather than just ceasing the work, having me order another one, and reinstalling it (which worked).
From beginning to end, Turner Plumbing Service checks all the boxes... Thank you for your expert installation of some of my home’s most-used appliances.
