The previous owners of my house didn't pay their bill so when I called I was quite upset when I was told I would have to pay their balance. They called me back later and told me I wouldn't have to pay the balance but I would have to pay for the services before I received them. Outraged, I was being punished for someone else's behavior, I called someone else! There are plenty of other plumbers in this town!
