We, like others, were longtime customers of ProStaff, which was purchased by Turner. ProStaff had the best pest control service that we have ever had. Unfortunately, Turner uses different chemicals and protocols, and we preferred the previous company's methods. We've been with Turner Pest Control for about 7 years and they are great! We have had such wonderful technicians but Jessica is really one of the best!! She is so helpful, thorough, friendly and always let's you know when she's is coming and leaving!! Thank you Turner and Jessica for really doing a great job!!
The guy came out to do a free consultation. After explaining what was going on he did not try to come inside the house to see what was going on he only talked to me from my porch but he did however let me know it would cost $1500 for their services when he didn’t even look at the problem I was having. Just a waste of my time and day. I called Nolen and they came out same day and got the job done I should’ve called them from the beginning .
We resodded our yard a little over 2 years ago and have had Turner since before that. Our yard was left in great condition by the company that did the sod, but has turned into a mess under Turner's watch. I have called several times to remediate but am given one excuse after another. Most recently, I called to have someone come out for a treatment. The date came and went and no one showed (I work from home and we have cameras to confirm). We used to love our pest control. Turner bought them out. Nothing but trouble since. Even the technician who serviced our house, told us that the company was aweful. There are other choices out there. No need to utilize these guys.
