Couldnt be any more disappointed with my experience with Turner Pest Control. Had a contract on my new home for lawn/pest/mosquito that was completely ineffective. The lawn was in horrible condition throughout the year. The pest service left us still dealing with fire ants inside our house that bit up my toddler. Routinely missed service appointments. The worst with service & billing. Choose another Pest Control company.
I own a vacation home in Sarasota where I come every three months. Originally I signed up with "Fahey! Pest and Lawn Solution" in 2018 as a Company with excellent reviews that gave me some peace of mind. In 2022, after "Fahey" changed ownership to become "Turner Pest Control", quality of service immediately went down. Every time I came to Sarasota, I saw wasp nests, ants insight of the house and on the pool deck, and spider webs in the pool cage, but their reports indicated that these problems were treated. Would not reccomend, dissapointing customer service
DO NOT sign a contract with these people. It has been a very long year being charged $70 per month for their termite and bug service. I feel this is an extremely high amount of money to throw at this issue. My husband called several times over the last two months to say we wanted to cancel their service, but today (Pearl Harbor Day), they charged us again! This company has been nothing but a nuisance to deal with. They were hired to maintain the backyard and side yard but instead they spray only the front yard. They have been asked multiple times to place their signage in the back yard so I know they have sprayed the correct area. They continue to place the signage in the front yard and lie to say they have done both areas. They’ve been a pain to try and cancel and get a refund. I would not trust this company!
When they took over from Fahey's we got conflicting info about first visit. They just showed up! Second time someone showed up who didn't know they were supposed to use a code to get into pool area (luckily I was there). Today I got an email they are coming tomorrow-no other notice. This is not the way to run a company!!!
When I contracted with Turner Pest Control it was for TurnerGuard Platinum with quarterly treatments. After two years of service, I started noticing that in my 3 month cycle, if I did not call they would push scheduling the treatment out another month, but if I call they would say “you service is next month, would you like to schedule you treatment now?” It wasn’t until today when I called that I was told that I had Tri-annual service.
