Hands down Turner gets 5 stars! Had a bathroom skim coated by a different painting company and within a few months the ceiling cracked all over and the paint alligatored. I called Turner and the owner Robert came by the same morning, explained what happened, and how to fix it. Turner sent me the detailed estimate in a timely fashion with very fair pricing.
