I've had many good interactions with Turner Motorsports in the past, but I guess their ECS connected store has some customer service issues, and it is impossible to talk to a real human.. I left a message / email via their chat which never got a response.. I then opened another chat and got directed towards the ECS call line, which makes you hit a button every ~15 seconds to stay on the line... Horrible
Horrible customer service, ordered a iDrive upgrade didn’t come with directions then it did not work, so I wasted money on installation and removal. They have sent me the wrong parts Many times. I ordered a tail light overnight next day and I had to wait two days. Horrible communication they just don’t care about the customer anymore.
The engine cover has arrived the week, it looks very good and fits perfectly
