Bought a steering rack that failed after less than 10 minutes. No problem- I figured, even though I had it next day air shipped, had to take it back out, figured I had to wait, put it back in, etc. I mean, that’s part of the deal sometimes.But the “customer service agent” simply said: “yeah, there’s no warranty on that. The people on the phone made me order the wrong part. After that it took my several lengthy phone calls to get the right part. I contacted the head of customer service. No apology for the time wasted. Some story about a redesign but I just received exactly the same part as one I replaced. Also mentioned that the dirt would make the joint fail.
