Set appointments and no one shows up or calls to tell you that they can’t come. My ac hasn’t worked for over a month and I have a contract with them. It will not be renewed. Do not use this company.

After being told by someone else our heating/air unit was not repairable, we called Turner Mechanical for a quote on a replacement. Clint came out, looked at it and said he could fix it - which he did. Clint rocks.

My entire experience with this company was great from the word go. The office manager called me to schedule within an hour of receiving the request, and scheduled me for the next day. The tech who came out (Clint) was very personable and took the time to explain everything to me. He went above and beyond to determine the problem with my AC and fixed it on the spot - he didn’t have to get materials and come back or anything. I would definitely use this company again!

It didn't take long for him to identify the problem. They have the lowest quote out of the 7 plumbing companies I contacted. Although Turner Mech was ready to resolve the issue, Allstate Insurance and Old Republic Home Protection would not pay for the repairs. Still, knowing there close by whenever I raise the money is reassuring.

Think twice before hiring this company! The plumber, Mr. Johnny, came on a Friday afternoon, we were most likely his last appt for the day. It was raining and the temps were dropping. The plumber “fixed” the issue enough to get us through the rest of the evening. The issue still existed because it was a bigger plumbing issue that was causing one toilet to be clogged.
