She helped me with my L and I and made things happen. She got the tests I needed approved, my surgery was done and I got all of the PT I needed to get to where it wasn't going to get any better than it was. She listens, remembers who you are and helps you make the best choices for you. I would recommend her to anyone.
I schedule my appointment at a time when I won't have to wait. Because she spends a great deal of time with me, I know she does that with other patients as well, which can cause longer than liked wait times.
Dr. Turner is a great primary care doctor! She spends time with you to go over any question you have, which is very rare these days. She is super intelligent & remembers your health issues. She takes immediate action to refer you to a specialist and have labs or imaging done. She writes personal notes on the lab reports she sends you. Always gets me in when needed, calls back right away. Takes time to go over all questions and any concerns I might have. Gets further tests ordered in timely manner. Provides feedback b calling or sending hand written notes on results. Great personality easy to speak with. Trust her completely. By far one of my best Dr. ever!
Dr. Turner is thorough and cares about her patients! She is extremely compassionate, honest and knowledgeable. If she doesn’t know the answer to something, she finds it so her patients are informed. I am grateful and thankful to have her as my Doc.
I was referred to Dr. Turner by my orthopedic specialist for pain management. Initially she seemed compassionate and listened to my situation. Things went ok for about 2 months, then HER TRUE COLORS came out. At my first appointment she told me I'd be able to use supplemental meds if I had break through pain. I would rate her a zero if it was an option. Worst doctor I have ever seen in spokane for an lni claim services I currently have open for a work related neck injury.
