Worst place, if I could I would give 0 to this place. Even after setting up an appointment, they didn’t even know my car was there, when I called for pick up. They didn’t even fix my car, and had to pay for nothing. Worst customer service ever. Tom doesn’t know how to have a normal conversation with customers. He thinks if he’s loud he’s right. This place is a massive joke. They deserve negative stars. Got our car towed here after it wouldn’t start after months of poor acceleration issues, and we couldn’t get into Lawrence right away so this was a last resort to begin with. Then they claimed we had bad gas in our car even after showing them our last fuel receipt. We asked for a fuel sample and the test result to which they said they would be able to get that for us. I wouldn’t recommend their repair services to anyone. They keep replacing parts but my car still dies over night. Now almost $1000 later they still don’t know what to do. I wouldn’t normally writing a review but last visit they told me to bring it “free of charge” since the issue was continuing and then charged me over $300. Not the place for repair work.

Called Early in the morning for an issue with my car that I purchased from another Dealer. Had an extended warranty that was about 700 miles until it ended. They got me in the same day. I understood that there was a $160 diagnostic fee as well as me having a $250 deductible I would have to pay. I met with Nate, the service advisor and explained my problem.
