Randy was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to my questions. He clearly reviewed the quote with me and provided direct feedback, no pressure selling. The price paid for the service was reasonable and work.was done quickly. While I do understand a quote is not the exact price, having to pay $60-70 above the price of the quoted service tells my your quoted price needs updated.
