Horrible experience, gave a good deposit and the septic tank has been backed up for a month and a half, just moved in and they still haven’t done anything about it we have called SEVERAL times and these people are just lazy or they just don’t care and want your money.
Dear Management Team, I am writing a review because management doesn’t call you back or does not respond to emails. I am being charged more than just cable, water, and rent. Why are you guys adding double the admin fees? If I had my rent on auto draft I would be paying way more than just my rent because I wouldn’t see what you are charging me because a portal automatically charges you. This being my 1st move, along with being a move across the country there was a lot of worry. Turner Brothers real-estate, specifically Carissa Griffith, made the process easy. To say helpful, friendly, and tentative would be an understatement.
I’ve enjoyed working with the team here the management staff has always been helpful and quick to respond. The maintenance staff and Paul have been the highlight, any issues have been taken care of day of or next day.
