Wish I could give a better review. Turner and Schoel has been working on about 10 of our properties the past year. The communication has been awful. No follow up after service calls to inform of the issues. I've had to follow up countless times to get things scheduled. No texts, calls or emails before techs arrive. Techs are entering units without permission. They don't call to verify if they are allowed to enter or if guests are present. Surprisingly unprofessional service and communication.
