It’s a great place to live! The staff is friendly and maintenance is responsive! I’ve had a good experience here and would definitely recommend it!
We are so pleased that we choose to move to Turnbury this past September. Want to thank Mgr Justin, Office Staff Jackie and Elaine who are always helpful, and Maintenance. A special mention to Kyle in Maintenance who is courteous, pleasant, shows up on time and fixes everthing the first time. Very happy at Turnbury, beautiful place, park setting and nice community. I have been living here over 6 yrs. I have never had any problems. The maintenance crew is great. The office crew is fantastic. I enjoy it some much. I would recommend any of my family or friends to live here. The people that live here are friendly, they speak when they walk by you. It’s a great place to live.
I’ve been living here for 3 years. My new neighbors are so obnoxious, annoying, and loud. I can constantly hear them thru the walls and they never let me sleep. They’re constantly making noise 24/7 - all night long and thru out the day. Whether it be 12:30am, 2:00am, 3:30am, 4:00am, 6am, or 8am, 10am they literally never stop. I hear all their footsteps constantly and they also shower like 3-4 times at random times during the middle of the night. I hear their bathroom fan go on continuously and it wakes me up.
