I have been living here over 6 yrs. I have never had any problems. The maintenance crew is great. The office crew is fantastic. I enjoy it some much. I would recommend any of my family or friends to live here. The people that live here are friendly, they speak when they walk by you. It’s a great place to live.
I’ve been living here for 3 years. My new neighbors are so obnoxious, annoying, and loud. I can constantly hear them thru the walls and they never let me sleep. They’re constantly making noise 24/7 - all night long and thru out the day. Whether it be 12:30am, 2:00am, 3:30am, 4:00am, 6am, or 8am, 10am they literally never stop. I hear all their footsteps constantly and they also shower like 3-4 times at random times during the middle of the night. I hear their bathroom fan go on continuously and it wakes me up. We had a great experience renting a townhouse in Novi at the Brownstones.Monae was fantastic, making it a smooth transition,alway calling back. Any time I had a problem, Evan and the team took care of it in a timely manner. The technicians were professional when they were over. Thanks so much helping us thru a stressful time. Management is unreasonable and difficult to work with. I mean the management of the property. Not the screening company. They were actually far more helpful than the management of the property. Management at the property sent me in circles and repeatedly told me it was someone else's job to address the issues I brought up.
