We had a great experience renting a townhouse in Novi at the Brownstones.Monae was fantastic, making it a smooth transition,alway calling back. Management is unreasonable and difficult to work with. I mean the management of the property. Not the screening company. They were actually far more helpful than the management of the property. Management at the property sent me in circles and repeatedly told me it was someone else's job to address the issues I brought up.
Singh Management does a great job!! We work with Monae Rinaldi often and she is professional, timely, and on top of things. She is always available, and follows through on her commitments. She often catches potential problems before they become an issue and fixes them before they are even known to us. I’ve never in my life left a google review but this one needsss to be left! FIRST! I’ve stayed here 6 years, and the the last THREE years the pool as been CLOSED!!! So if you’re looking for a place with a pool DONT MOVE HERE! They advertise a pool but it’s not open and hasn’t been open for anyone to use in years which absolutely SUCKS! Aside from the pool, It’s so many flaws with this place if i start listing now i’d be writing a book! RUN!!
They advertise a pool, pool hasnt been open for TWO WHOLE SUMMERS! Nor do they prorate the rent. People move to apartments and condos based off of amenities like these because we have children and when they are out of school they like to enjoy the pool. Summer is almost over and this is going on the third year without us being able to enjoy the pool, this is ridiculous.
