What a powerhouse realtor in a very challenging & competitive market to sell in! She priced on point & sold my home with multiple offers in ONE day! Highly recommend her & can attest to her character and quality of professionalism watching her work in the industry for years!
Alissa was great! Very responsive and knowledgeable. We love our house, ironically we originally declined a showing, and only after Alyssa’s recommendation we toured it and fell in love! She excelled at understanding what we were looking for. Thank you!
Once again, Alissa did a wonderful job selling our house. We are repeat customers because she has consistently demonstrated professionalism and is very proactive. She did a great job finding contractors to help us get the house ready to sell, was thoughtful in her approach to helping set the right price, and did a great job negotiating on our behalf. We highly recommend Alissa to anyone considering selling their house!
Alissa was hugely helpful, she worked extremely hard to figure out accurate comps when selling our old place and put us in a great spot to get our new home! She is decisive and thoughtful, two traits that really supported us when we were navigating a very different market than when we bought our first house. Highly recommend!
Alissa is absolutely fantastic to work with!! She helped my nephew find a rental in NC and he's looking forward to working with her again when they are ready to buy their family home. Alissa is passionate about building relationships with her customers that last a lifetime. Thank you SO MUCH Alissa! ❤️
