Had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. I called since it was late in the arrival window and I was informed that it would need to be rescheduled to Friday. Unfortunate that I had to be the one to call and find that out instead of them proactively calling me. Friday comes and they no-call, no-showed. I even called the office 5 times and no one ever answered.
Turnbull recently drained and filled my Hanson Hot tub. Nick did an excellent, thorough job and he was the kindest person. I’m hiring them for monthly service upkeep. I highly recommend them!
They will come diagnose, then ghost you. If you want to pay a service fee for them to come out and do nothing later. This is your company.

These guys were amazing. They answer the phones, and they show up promptly. I called on a Friday and they couldn’t fit me in till Monday, but considering the temperatures and the need to keep my hot tub from freezing, they told me exactly what to do to keep the water warm until it could be repaired. The repair was super easy, and me not knowing much, they could have taken advantage of me, but they were honest and charged a reasonable cost. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing service.
