Been here for a few years. All things considered (multiple changes of ownership, staff changes, etc), it's a decent place. When sufficiently staffed, the staff is attentive. James in maintenance has honestly been really impressive with communication, timeliness, quality of work. Cannot recommend him enough. Very responsive in maintenance emergencies.. Units are decently sized, in-unit laundry hookup and machines for rent by the month, although the kitchen is a bit small and walls are thin. Regular pest control, new playgroun... read more
The maintenance manager, James, is amazing! He’s been so helpful since we moved in, going above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. The neighbors are also very nice.
Office staff and Maintenance are great!
